Q: Tell us about Sweet Dreams Onesies
A: After selling women's fashions online, we decided to add onesie pajamas to our catalog; we ended up creating a separate website and social media page to feature the onesies. While we do sell stock onesies from time to time, we prefer to focus on our own design ideas.
Q: I have a question regarding my order, who do I contact?
A: Please send order inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org; be sure to include your full name and/or order number in the email. If you did not receive an order number, first check your spam folder. If it's not there, you may've entered your email address incorrectly during check-out or your order was not successful. You can also send us a direct message on Instagram though we prefer email. The more information you provide when contacting us is the faster we can assist you. Do not leave questions on order inquiries in the comments, it may get lost and we won't see it right away.
Q: My item shows delivered but it was not received?
A: Please be sure to enter an accurate shipping address during check-out. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We will contact you if an item is returned, but please note if we don't hear back from you in the timeframe stated in our email, the item will be restocked and we will issue your refund minus any shipping fees. If the tracking shows the item was delivered and you did not receive it, please follow up with your local post office to file a missing package/theft claim. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the intimate nature of the garment.
Q: Do you restock all items?
A: We do restock some items from time to time, but restocks are mainly focused on items designed by us.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 48 hours. Delivery times will vary based on your location, you will see an estimated delivery time upon checkout; please refer to our shipping policy for further information.
Q: Do you offer local pickup and Cash App?
A: No, all orders will be shipped via USPS from Maryland. We do not accept cash-app, all orders must be placed through the website. Please do not use cash app or cash card to place an order.
Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: Any order that is flagged with a high risk of fraud will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued to your account. The refund may take up to 5-7 business days to appear depending on your bank. There are several reasons why your order was flagged as fraud such as your billing address does not match the registered cardholder's address. We take fraud very seriously and we may reach out to you if we need additional verification.
Q: My credit card was charged, why didn't I receive an order confirmation.
A: This is likely due to an issue with the card being used or incorrect information was entered during checkout. If we have not successfully received your order, the charged will be automatically reversed by your bank usually within 24 hours.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: No, we are a small business and do not offer wholesale or packages.
