Q:  I have a question regarding my order, who do I contact?

A:  Please send order inquiries to sweetdreamsonesies@gmail.com; be sure to include your full name and/or order number in the email.  If you did not receive an order number, first check your spam folder.  If it's not there,  you may've entered your email address incorrectly during check-out or your order was not successful.  You can also send us a direct message on Instagram though we prefer email.  The more information you provide when contacting us is the faster we can assist you.  Do not leave questions on order inquiries in the comments, it may get lost due to a high amount of notifications and we won't see it right away.

Q:  Do you offer returns or exchanges?

A:  We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the intimate nature of the garment.

Q:  Do you restock all items?  

A:  We do restock some items from time to time, but restocks are mainly focused on items designed by us.  

Q:  How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.  Delivery times will vary based on your location, you will see an estimated delivery time upon checkout; please refer to our shipping policy for further information.  

Q:  Do you offer local pickup and Cash App?

A:  No, all domestic orders will be shipped via USPS from Maryland.  We do not accept cash-app, all orders must be placed through the website. Please do not use cash app or cash card to place an order as it will not go through successfully. 

Q:  Why was my order cancelled?

A:  Any order that is flagged as fraudulent will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued to your account.  The refund may take up to 5-7 business days to appear depending on your bank.  We take fraud very seriously and we may reach out to you if we need additional verification on any order. 

Q:  Do you offer wholesale?

A:  No, we are a small business and do not offer wholesale or packages.

Q:  How can I become a Brand Ambassador?

A:  We have limited ambassador slots open from time to time.  Currently, we are only accepting ambassadors from our customer base.  If you have ordered from us before and tagged us in your photo, send us an email to let us know if you are interested in joining the program.
