Q: I have a question regarding my order, who do I contact?
A: Please send order inquiries to email@example.com; be sure to include your full name and/or order number in the email. If you did not receive an order number, first check your spam folder. If it's not there, you may've entered your email address incorrectly during check-out or your order was unsuccessful. You can also send us a direct message on Instagram though we prefer email. The more information you provide when contacting us is the faster we can assist you. Do not leave questions on order inquiries in the comments, it may get lost due to a high amount of notifications and we won't see it right away.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the intimate nature of the garment.
Q: Do you restock all items?
A: We do restock some items from time to time, but restocks are mainly focused on items designed by us. If you are interested in an item and it's sold out, utilize the "Email When Available" button on the product listing to be alerted when items are restocked.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.
Delivery times will vary based on your location, you will see an estimated delivery time upon checkout; please refer to our shipping policy for further information.
Q: Do you offer local pickup
A: No, all domestic orders will be shipped via USPS/UPS from Maryland.
Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: Any order that is flagged as fraudulent will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your account. The refund may take up to 5-7 business days to appear depending on your bank. We may reach out to you if we need additional verification on any order, if unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled.
Q: I was unable to check-out, but see a pending transaction on my card.
A: If your order was unsuccessful (you did not receive a confirmation email) and for some reason you see a pending transaction on your card, note the charge will be automatically reversed by your bank. What you see is just a temporary hold when the bank tried to verify the payment and it failed due to reasons such as incorrect zip code, etc.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: No, we are a small business and do not offer wholesale or packages at this time.
Q: How can I become a Brand Ambassador?
A: We have limited ambassador slots open from time to time. Currently, we are only accepting ambassadors from our customer base. If you have ordered from us before and tagged us in your photo, send us an email to let us know if you are interested in joining the program.
